Acceptable Use Policy

01Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is established to maintain FenixUz services as a safe and healthy platform for all users. The AUP is an integral part of the Terms of Use.

02Lawful conduct

When using the Services, you shall comply with the following laws:

All laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Criminal, Administrative, and Civil codes);
Legislation of your country of residence;
International legal norms;
Terms of Telegram FZ-LLC and the Apple/Google platforms.

03Prohibited content

The creation, distribution, storage, or transmission of the following content via the Services is strictly forbidden:

Child pornography and exploitation — in any form, with no exceptions;
Terrorism and extremism — promotion of terrorist organizations, incitement to conflict, ideological propaganda;
Incitement to violence — against individuals or groups;
Religious, racial, ethnic, or gender discrimination and the spread of hatred;
Romanticization of suicide or incitement to it;
Trade in illegal weapons and narcotics;
Human trafficking and slave labor;
Disclosure of state secrets;
Theft and sale of stored information (credit cards, passwords, etc.);
Spam, phishing, social engineering;
Malicious software (viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers);
Content infringing copyright or trademarks;
Threats, harassment, and cyberstalking;
Unauthorized publication of personal information (doxxing).

04Security violations

The following technical activities are prohibited:

Attempting to bypass or breach the Services' security mechanisms;
Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts;
DDoS attacks against Telegram, Apple, Google, or FenixUz infrastructure;
Penetration testing without written authorization;
Reverse engineering to discover and publish vulnerabilities (you must report first — security@fenixuz.uz);
Bypassing API rate limits;
Automation with bots and scrapers (Telegram Bot API is permitted).

05Spam and automation

Spam — unsolicited bulk commercial or promotional messages sent to other users without their consent. This also includes:

Mass adding — automatically adding users to groups;
Fake giveaways and lotteries;
Pyramid schemes and MLM;
Sham groups and channels;
Commercial bots that violate transmission rules.

06Child protection

Sexual exploitation of children (CSAM) is one of the gravest violations. Such content shall be reported to:

Us immediately: csam-report@fenixuz.uz;
Telegram Anti-Abuse: telegram.org/dmca;
Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan: 102;
NCMEC (international): cybertipline.org.

In such cases we will cooperate with law enforcement authorities without any negotiation.

07Intellectual property

You shall not distribute content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or patent. For DMCA complaints — see DMCA Policy.

08Respect for privacy

You shall not publish other persons' personal information without their consent ("doxxing"). This includes home addresses, phone numbers, place of work, family members, banking information, and similar data.

09Account security

Any action taken from your account is your responsibility. Therefore:

Do not lend your account to anyone;
Keep your password secure and make it strong;
Enable two-step verification;
Periodically check active sessions;
If your phone is lost, terminate the session through Telegram.

10Consequences of violations

When an AUP violation is identified, we shall take the following measures:

First instance: warning and explanation;
Repeated: temporary account suspension (1–30 days);
Severe violation: permanent account termination;
Legal violation: reporting to law enforcement authorities;
CSAM: immediate and unconditional cooperation.

Appeals — appeals@fenixuz.uz within 15 days.

11Reporting

If you discover that another user has violated the AUP:

In-app: chat → ⋮ menu → "Report" button.
By email: abuse@fenixuz.uz.
Urgent: for extremism and CSAM — emergency@fenixuz.uz.

Anonymous reports are accepted. False reporting also constitutes a violation of the AUP.
