01Who is covered?

The GDPR protections apply to all users residing in the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR) and Switzerland (revFADP). For users outside these countries, we provide equivalent legal protection.

02Role of VipAds LLC

Because FenixUz is an unofficial client application of Telegram FZ-LLC, VipAds LLC primarily acts as a data processor (for limited diagnostic data). For your messages and contacts, Telegram FZ-LLC is the separate Controller.

04Eight rights

The GDPR grants users the following 8 fundamental rights. We fully implement all of them:

05Legal bases

In accordance with GDPR Art. 6, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Art. 6(1)(a) — Consent: for analytics cookies and optional analytics data.
• Art. 6(1)(b) — Performance of a contract: to provide the Services.
• Art. 6(1)(c) — Legal obligation: court orders and tax legislation.
• Art. 6(1)(f) — Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, application stability.

We do not process special-category ("sensitive") data (Art. 9).

07DPIA and monitoring

We conduct a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) every 12 months. Reports are provided to the supervisory authority on request. We have a Data Protection Officer (DPO): dpo@fenixuz.uz.

08Submitting a request

To exercise your GDPR rights:

1. Email: send to privacy@fenixuz.uz with the subject line "GDPR Request".
2. Postal mail: VipAds LLC, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
3. Through the EU representative: gdpr@atik-eu.com.

Please include the following in your request:

• First and last name;
• Email or phone number associated with your FenixUz account;
• Type of request (access, deletion, etc.);
• A copy of an identity document (passport or ID card);
• Country of residence.

The request is free of charge. For complex or repetitive requests we may charge a reasonable fee (GDPR Art. 12(5)).
