01Important notice
FenixUz is an unofficial client application of Telegram. Content (messages, files, channels, groups) is stored on Telegram's servers and is operated by Telegram FZ-LLC. For this reason, in order to remove content you must first submit a complaint to Telegram: telegram.org/dmca or dmca@telegram.org.
However, we accept and act, as appropriate, on DMCA notices related to the FenixUz website (fenixuz.uz) or to the application's source code.
02Notice contents (DMCA 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(c)(3))
A properly formatted DMCA notice must contain the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list);
- The exact URL or location of the material that you request be removed from us;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- The following statement: "I have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- The following certification: "Under penalty of perjury, I affirm that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

04Our actions
Upon receipt of a properly formatted notice, we will:
- Evaluate the notice within 72 hours;
- If the notice is well-founded β take measures to restrict or remove the relevant material;
- Notify the content owner and provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notice;
- Log notices and counter-notices (an annual report is published at transparency.html).
05Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-notice in accordance with DMCA 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(g) containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the removed material and the location at which it appeared;
- The following statement: "Under penalty of perjury, I have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification."
- Your name, address, and telephone number;
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court (for U.S. users β the federal district court).

06Repeat infringer policy
The accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright will be permanently terminated, in accordance with DMCA 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(i). "Repeat" generally means three or more confirmed notices.
07False notices
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing shall be liable for damages. We inform users of the legal consequences of false notices and, where necessary, will support legal process.
